WHAT HAPPENS DURING A HOME INSPECTION?
Congrats on your pending sale! I wanted to paint a picture of what the home inspection process looks like. Additionally, I wanted to set some expectations of what you can expect during the home inspection process.
The home inspector's that we recommend are thorough, complete and conducted with fairness and impartiality. Inspection findings are reported in a friendly, polite and informative manner.
Inspection Process
The Inspection Report is computer generated and is clearly written and provides easy to understand findings with photos. The Report is a comprehensive analysis of the visible defects and conditions of the property being inspected. Mike will email us the Inspection Report on the day of the inspection.
Items Inspections
The following items are inspected in accordance with Oregon Standards of Practice.
I always encourage you to attend the inspection and the home inspector is available to answer all of your questions throughout the
process. The average time to inspect a house is about 3 hours depending on the size, age and condition of
the home.
