Your home has now gone “live” onto the market – it’s in our local MLS and will soon be marketed across the many search websites. We look forward to getting the greatest number of qualified buyers through the home so we can get the best possible price and terms.
Here are a few things to remember going forward:

It’s important that you feel good about what’s happening at each step, so if you ever have questions or concerns of any nature, please let me know. While my main duty may be to sell your home, my primary goal is to do so while providing you with the best experience available.

Here are a few things to remember going forward:
- Please keep the home as clean and tidy as possible, including the floors, counters, shelves, beds, etc. It’s not easy – most homes are never as clean as when they’re for sale – but it will pay off!
- If possible, please leave blinds open to allow more light in to the home. This also makes the spaces feel larger.
- Please keep the air as “fresh” as possible; if you enjoy salmon for dinner, for example, please open a window to let it air out a bit…just to be safe.
- Agents will call/text you to let you know they’re coming out to see the home. While it’s appreciated for them to offer a little notice, they will sometimes ask to come by with very little notice. If at all possible, please be flexible with them; you never know which person is coming out with the perfect buyer!

- Via email, to show you the level of response we’re receiving on your home;
- Via phone, to discuss our efforts, the results, feedback, and where to go next (i.e. if there are any changes to make);
